KVKK Clarification Text
Information about the processing and protection of your personal data in accordance with the Law on the Protection of Personal Data No. 6698 ("KVKK").
1. Data Controller
Your personal data may be processed by Doruk Sucuka as the data controller, within the scope explained below, in accordance with the provisions of the KVKK.
2. Purpose of Processing Personal Data
Your collected personal data (name, surname, email, phone, website URL) are processed limited to the purposes of conducting communication activities, evaluating your service requests, and providing you with feedback.
3. Transfer of Processed Personal Data
Your personal data are not shared with any third party other than authorized public institutions and organizations for the purpose of fulfilling legal obligations in line with the realization of the purposes stated above.
4. Rights of the Data Subject
In accordance with Article 11 of the KVKK, everyone has the right to apply to the data controller and learn whether personal data about them is processed, request information if processed, learn the purpose of processing and whether it is used in accordance with this, know the third parties to whom it is transferred domestically or abroad, and request correction if it is incompletely or incorrectly processed.
